Natalie is an experienced Line Producer and Production Manager with decades in production management, delivering complex shoots across the UK and internationally. Her portfolio spans branded content, digital media, commercials, broadcast productions, theatre, radio and, more recently, podcasts and audiobooks. She is currently working at Noiser as Head of Production across multiple audiobooks and history podcasts, contracted until September 2026, and overseeing projects with high‑profile talent.

Based in North East Derbyshire, Natalie works across the East and West Midlands and South and West Yorkshire, while maintaining strong links with London and Aberdeenshire. She is adept at budgeting from micro projects to £12m productions, including preparing the budget for a Band 3 period drama at an estimated £3.8 million per episode, and is fluent in industry‑standard tools including Movie Magic Budgeting, PMI and Excel.

Her operational expertise covers scheduling, post‑production, health and safety, legal and compliance, HR and the management of large crews. Known for a calm, solutions‑focused approach, she keeps complex productions running smoothly under pressure—whether sourcing a live snake or turning a North London garden into an Indiana Jones‑style jungle (later reimagined as a Cleopatra set).

Outside work, Natalie is a passionate amateur photographer who loves capturing the countryside around her home. She also enjoys crafting, swimming and yoga.
