Natalie is an experienced Head of Production, Line Producer and Production Manager with over 20 years of experience delivering television, film, commercial production, branded content, podcast production, audiobook production, live events and digital content across the UK and internationally.

Originally from North London and now based in North East Derbyshire, Natalie regularly works across the East Midlands, West Midlands, Yorkshire, London and Aberdeen, Scotland, and is available for freelance Head of Production, Production Executive, Line Producer, Production Manager and Production Consultancy roles throughout the UK.

Currently working as a Freelance Head of Production at Noiser, Natalie oversees the production of premium history podcasts and audiobooks featuring high-profile talent, leading budgets, schedules, production teams and operational workflows across multiple concurrent projects. Contracted until September 2026, she plays a key role in delivering high-end audio productions while supporting the company's continued growth.

Prior to joining Noiser, Natalie recently Production Managed the Harringtons Dog Food commercial for Storm & Shelter, delivering the project on a challenging two-week turnaround. She was responsible for sourcing and managing crew, specialist suppliers, animal handlers, dogs, veterinary support, equipment and logistics, ensuring the production was delivered safely, efficiently and on budget.

Natalie has worked across a diverse range of productions for major broadcasters, streamers, brands and production companies including BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, UKTV, Netflix, Amazon, Banijay, Warner Bros, Global Media, Bauer Media and Insight TV. Her experience spans drama production, factual entertainment, commercial production, branded content, live events, podcast production, audiobook production and digital-first content.

During her two years as Senior Production Manager for Global Media's Video Team, Natalie delivered branded content campaigns for leading brands including Vodafone, Barclays, O2, Volkswagen, Mastercard, Nikon, Asda, Pret, AXA and Aviva, managing multiple projects simultaneously from development through to delivery.

A highly experienced production finance and budgeting professional, Natalie has managed projects ranging from small digital campaigns to productions valued at over £12 million. She is highly skilled in Movie Magic Budgeting and Scheduling, PMI, forecasting, cost reporting and production finance. Recent work includes preparing budgets for high-end television drama and streaming productions, including a Band 3 period drama budgeted at approximately £3.8 million per episode, alongside budgeting projects for Amazon, Netflix and Banijay productions.

Before moving into television production, Natalie enjoyed a successful career in theatre, progressing to Company Stage Manager in London's West End and managing both West End productions and major UK No.1 touring productions. Working with high-profile actors, musicians and creative teams, she oversaw company management, technical departments, logistics, scheduling and large-scale touring operations across the UK and internationally.
